Galichica National Park
Galichica is a mountain situated in the Southwest part of the country across the border between Macedonia and Albania. The National park by the same name Galichica is on the Macedonian side of the mountain, situated between the two biggest lakes in the country: Lake Ohrid and Lake Prespa. With the beautiful views across the lakes and neighboring mountains and city Ohrid can be seen from peaks of the mountain.
Above the coast
This is an easy hiking tour, suitable for everyone with average physical conditions and no experience needed Hiking through the villages above the coast. The hike starts from the village of Velestovo at 1070m. First, we go to the Elen peak at 1200m. nice viewpoint of the Ohrid city and Ohrid lake from there we start descending to village Elshani at 890m.and we will be walking for 10km. with height Difference: -310 m. On the way we will pass through the old village Konjsko with stone houses and views of the Ohrid Lake The walk will take around 3 hours. Afterward, we can swim or we will transfer to Ohrid to further explore the city.

Lako signoj peak/ two lakes view
On this tour, you will have one of the most beautiful views of the two biggest lakes in Macedonia Ohrid and Prespa the mountain is between the lakes. Enjoy open space and panoramas above Ohrid learn about the history and wildlife of the National Park Galichica. This is an easy hiking tour with a duration of 2 hours. The start is from 1600m. Galicica mountain pass and the highest point is Lakosignoj peak 1990m.Height Difference: 370m.

Magaro peak
Climb the highest peak of the National Park Galichica Magaro Peak 2255m. The start of this moderate hike is from 1600m. with a 4-5 hours hike round trip and 700 meters altitude difference. Explore the biodiversity of the mountain close to the border line with Albania and enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and lakes in Albania and Greece
Difficulty of the hike: Moderate level of fitness is required to participate
